From Jalandhar to Amritsar, with the full team.
Amritsar brides are the picture of tradition — deep reds, gold, heavy kaleere and a morning Anand Karaj that often starts with a visit to Sri Harmandir Sahib. We love these weddings and travel the GT Road for them all season.
Our dastaar-friendly groom grooming and chooda-ready draping are especially popular with Amritsar families.
Weddings in Amritsar
Palaces on the GT Road and Ajnala Road, heritage hotels near the walled city and gurdwara mornings.
If the morning includes a gurdwara visit before the ceremony, we design a look that stays modest under a dupatta and still shines for the pheras.
What we offer in Amritsar
- Bridal Makeup — HD and airbrush bridal looks for Punjabi brides — from the morning Anand Karaj or pheras right through the doli, with hair, chunni and kaleere setting.
- Groom Makeup & Grooming — Natural, camera-ready grooming for Punjabi grooms: skin, beard, dastaar- and sehra-friendly hair, and a finish nobody can tell is makeup.
- Roka, Shagun & Reception — Soft glam for the roka, chunni chadana and shagun; bold evening glamour for the reception — each look designed for the outfit and the venue lighting.
- Pre-wedding Shoot — Fresh, outdoor-proof makeup and hair for the pre-wedding shoot — fields, havelis, Chandigarh gardens — for the bride and a matching groom finish.
- Mehndi, Jaggo & Maiyan — Dewy, festive looks for the mehndi and the jaggo — sweat-proof for a night of giddha and boliyan — and vatna-safe skin prep for the maiyan.
- Bridal Hair Styling — Our founder started as a hair artist — Punjabi paranda braids, joodas, floral buns and soft waves built to hold a heavy chunni and kaleere all day.
- Saree & Lehenga Draping — Chunni and dupatta setting that stays modest through matha tek and the laavan or pheras, lehenga and saree draping, kaleere and chooda ready.
- Party & Family Makeup — Mummy ji, bhua, maasi, bhabhis and sisters — at-home or at-venue makeup, hair and draping so the whole Punjabi family is ready together.
- Destination Weddings — Punjabi families marrying outside Punjab — Delhi, Himachal, Jaipur or abroad — can take the same team with them for the whole wedding.
FAQ
Getting married in Amritsar?
Do you do traditional Punjabi bridal looks?
Yes — it is one of our specialities: red or maroon tones, strong eyes, modest-yet-glowing skin and a dupatta set to stay through matha tek, the laavan or the pheras.
How early should I book my wedding date?
Peak season in Punjab (November–February and April–May) fills 4–8 months ahead. Book as soon as your date is fixed — a date is confirmed with an advance.
Do you do a trial before the wedding?
Yes. Every bridal booking includes a trial at our Jalandhar studio, usually 2–6 weeks before the wedding. We design the look around your outfit, jewellery and the venue lighting, and note everything down for the day.
HD or airbrush — which should I choose?
HD makeup is hand-applied with HD-grade products and suits most skin types; it is the standard for a flawless yet natural finish. Airbrush sprays a fine mist of foundation for a lighter, longer-wear base that loves humidity and long days. We recommend after seeing your skin at the trial.
Does the price include hair and draping?
Yes — our bridal looks include hairstyling, dupatta or saree draping and a touch-up kit. Family makeup, extra events and travel are added as clear line items.
